The goal behind Health by Haven is to promote holistic wellness, so you can live your very best life. At H by H, I focus on all aspects of wellbeing, including fitness, nutrition, mental health, and everything in between.

On my website, I provide healthy recipes for you to try at home, as well as articles on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. You can subscribe to my weekly newsletter to receive my latest recipes and articles in your inbox. I also offer individual coaching sessions for clients of all ages with varying health goals. Coaching

The goal of Health by Haven is to educate my clients about the benefits of whole food nutrition. Life isn’t about depriving ourselves, counting calories, or stressing about carbs. It’s about nourishing our bodies with real, whole foods from the earth to look and feel our very best!

Recipes

Healthy eating can seem so overwhelming when everyone is telling you to follow a different diet or avoid a different food group. I do my best to make simple and delicious plant-based dishes that anyone can make and even meat-eaters will enjoy!
